In the dynamic world of watchmaking, few names evoke the spirit of innovation quite like Hublot. Since its founding in 1980, the brand has built its reputation on reimagining what is possible in watchmaking. Whether through pioneering material combinations or challenging traditional aesthetics, Hublot has continually pushed the boundaries of engineering, design, and craftsmanship.

This relentless pursuit of excellence is encapsulated in their philosophy: "Be First, Unique, Different." It is a mantra that has guided their approach to creating watches that are more than functional objects—they are works of art, expressions of culture, and feats of technical mastery.

Hublot’s latest releases exemplify this ethos. Each model reflects the brand's commitment to merging bold concepts with impeccable craftsmanship. From groundbreaking materials inspired by satellite technology to reengineered movements that reveal the beauty of micromechanics, these creations showcase how Hublot continues to redefine the art of watchmaking for the modern era.

There are four exceptional new releases from Hublot: the Big Bang MECA-10, the Big Bang Tourbillon Automatic Green SAXEM, the Spirit of Big Bang Year of the Snake, and the Spirit of Big Bang Chronograph. As we've already covered the iconic look from the Year of the Snake edition, we will be looking at the other three new releases for LVMH Watch Week. Each model tells a unique story, combining technological advancement with a deep respect for the traditions of horology.

Since its introduction in 2016, the Big Bang MECA-10 has been celebrated for its unconventional approach to mechanical movements. The latest iteration brings this ingenuity to a refined 42 mm case, crafted in King Gold, Titanium, and Frosted Carbon. This model exemplifies Hublot's ability to strip away convention, revealing the intricate choreography of its mechanical elements. With its distinctive skeletonized design, the MECA-10’s layered architecture reflects the aesthetic appeal of Meccano-type systems.

Its case, rendered in the vibrant and innovative SAXEM material (Sapphire Aluminium oXide and rare Earth Mineral), represents a leap forward in combining resilience with visual impact. SAXEM’s unique molecular structure allows for an intense green hue that shines with gemstone-like brilliance.

Within this extraordinary housing lies the MHUB6035 automatic tourbillon movement, developed entirely in-house. Featuring a 72-hour power reserve, a 22-karat gold micro-rotor on the dial side, and hand-decorated elements, the watch epitomises modern engineering with timeless artistry. Complemented by a green or black rubber strap, this model reflects Hublot’s visionary approach to material and design innovation.
